About Denis
Hi, I am Denis. I enjoy sharing knowledge, and find even greater joy in helping others to learn and seeing growth in them. I excel in listening to identify the actual problems students are facing and guide them to think and get the answer themselves. Students responded very positively and enjoyed the class. Since the 2020 pandemic, most of my teaching is done online, hence I am also skilful in distance teaching and learning. I give an overview of content and real-life application of the subject topic, then move on to key ideas/skills/knowledge of the topic, with a few examples relevant to the examination. I pay attention to students' understanding and mastery of problem-solving. With extensive teaching experience, especially with young adults, I am familiar with their background and able to communicate complex Mathematics using things from their daily experience.
