About Amr
I am Dr. Amr Sayed Abdel Fattah, a Ph.D. mathematician and university professor with over 17 years of teaching experience. My doctorate is in Engineering Mathematics from Ain Shams University, and I have spent my career teaching at university level in the UAE and Egypt, alongside 9 years of professional engineering work at a national aerospace research center.
I specialize in O-Level and SAT Mathematics, working with students online via Zoom from the UAE, UK, and worldwide. My approach is simple: I teach students to genuinely understand mathematics — not just memorize techniques — because real understanding is what produces consistent results under exam pressure.
Every student I work with receives a personalized session plan, recorded sessions to review at any time, homework with written feedback, and direct WhatsApp support between lessons. I treat every student with the same respect and high expectations I bring to university teaching — and I have seen that approach transform students who believed they "just weren't good at math."

I teach students to understand why mathematics works, not just how to apply it. Every session starts by diagnosing the exact gap, then building genuine understanding through a digital whiteboard, worked examples, and structured past paper practice. Sessions are recorded and shared privately so students can review any explanation before their exam.
Standard sessions are 60 minutes, twice a week. For students close to exams, 90-minute intensive sessions are available.
I hold a Ph.D. in Engineering Mathematics and have taught at university level for 17+ years across the UAE and Egypt. Before academia, I spent 9 years as an Avionics Design Engineer applying advanced mathematics to real aerospace systems. I am an IEEE Member since 2003 and a UAE Golden Visa holder.
Currently enrolling for O-Level Mathematics (Cambridge CIE & Edexcel, ages 14–16) and SAT Mathematics (Digital SAT, ages 15–18, targeting 700–800+).
