About Audrey
I have 13 years of experience teaching Mathematics to students across a wide range of levels, from foundational school topics to advanced academic preparation. I earned an M.A. in Mathematical Education, which provided me with deep insight into both mathematical reasoning and effective teaching methods that support diverse learners. Over the years, I have guided students who once felt intimidated by mathematics to become confident problem solvers who can approach complex questions with clarity and resilience.
My teaching style is based on patience, structure, and encouragement. I believe mathematics becomes empowering when students understand the logic behind each step rather than rushing toward answers. I enjoy helping learners explore algebraic relationships, calculus ideas, and geometric reasoning in ways that feel meaningful and achievable. My lessons emphasize not only skill development but also the growth of independent thinking and long-term confidence.

Mathematics becomes much more approachable when students learn to see it as a system of reasoning rather than a collection of formulas to memorize. In my lessons, I focus on helping learners build confidence through clear explanation, structured practice, and step-by-step guidance that makes even difficult topics feel manageable. We explore algebra, geometry, calculus concepts, and problem-solving strategies in a calm environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. My goal is to help learners replace fear with understanding and develop long-term mathematical clarity.
Lessons are always adapted to the learner’s level and academic needs. Beginners strengthen core arithmetic, algebraic manipulation, and foundational geometry. Intermediate students develop stronger skills in functions, trigonometry, probability, and multi-step reasoning. Advanced learners focus on calculus techniques, exam preparation, mathematical modeling, and analytical depth. Each session includes practice problems, reasoning support, and feedback that builds both accuracy and independence.
Mathematics trains persistence, critical thinking, and intellectual confidence. As students improve, they begin to trust their own reasoning and approach challenges with calm focus. My aim is not only academic success, but also helping learners develop an appreciation for mathematics as a powerful tool for understanding patterns, solving problems, and thinking clearly.
