About Leina
I have 9 years of experience teaching Mathematics to learners from foundational levels through advanced exam preparation. I earned a B.Sc in Mathematical Sciences, which gave me strong grounding in mathematical structure, logical reasoning, and problem-solving depth. This academic background helps me teach maths with clarity and confidence-building guidance.

Mathematics becomes much more manageable when students learn to trust the process of reasoning rather than feeling pressured to memorise steps. In my lessons, I focus on building strong understanding in algebra, geometry, functions, and applied problem solving through calm explanation and supportive practice. I guide learners to recognise patterns, break questions into smaller parts, and develop confidence through clarity. Each session is structured so students feel comfortable asking questions and improving steadily.
Lesson design depends on the learner’s level and goals. Beginners work on number confidence, basic algebraic manipulation, and foundational geometry concepts. Intermediate learners strengthen equation solving, trigonometry understanding, graph interpretation, and multi-step reasoning. Advanced students focus on calculus foundations, exam-level problem strategies, accuracy under time pressure, and deeper logical thinking. Practice tasks are always paired with explanation, ensuring students understand both method and meaning.
Mathematics teaches resilience, precision, and confidence across many subjects. Over time, learners develop stronger analytical thinking and greater belief in their own ability. My goal is to help students feel supported, capable, and proud as they grow in mathematical skill.
