About Carl
-I have a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Toronto, and am returning there as a math graduate student.
-I am dedicated to teaching math in the most intelligible and understandable way that I can. I believe in showing all of my steps and reasoning to be as clear as possible.
-I emphasize practicing with the material, as practice makes math easier to understand.
-I believe in fostering a teaching environment where the student is unafraid to ask the tutor questions. Just as a student learning math needs to be patient to understand a new idea, a tutor must be patient with the student too.

-I believe that learning math benefits from intuitive explanations and lots of practice to get used to new ideas
-I have a considerable amount of experience in learning math at the undergraduate and high school level, I also tutored other students in math when I was a high school student
-My lessons are targetted towards high school students (I have extensive familiarity with the IB curriculum specificaly) and freshman university students.
