About Bernie
I am an undergraduate student at the University of Washington. I have been tutoring students from about 2015 to now. I usually tutor individually, but have tutored groups. My expert knowledge ranges from primary math to calculus. When I tutor students, I make sure to figure out the best way they learn, because not everyone learns in the same way! I like to make math a fun subject, which not everyone agrees with!

Hi there! I am a 21 year old student and aspiring math teacher. I have earned my Associate’s degree in Mathematics and am currently working on my Bachelor’s of Arts in Mathematics with emphasis in Teaching at the University of Washington. My lessons usually start by asking the student their highs and lows on the subject; what they understand and what they have trouble figuring out. Then, we tackle the lows together! I have had students come to me completely struggling in a subject. I takeout time a break down the topic as clearly as possible, in as many different ways as possible until we figure it out together!
