About Ritika
My interest in mathematics began when I realized that numbers and patterns could explain complex relationships in a clear and logical way. During my academic journey I became deeply interested in mathematical theory and its applications in science and technology. This passion encouraged me to pursue a PhD in Mathematics, where I studied advanced topics such as mathematical modeling, abstract algebra, and analytical methods. These experiences strengthened my appreciation for the elegance and power of mathematical thinking.
Over my 11 years of teaching, I have had the privilege of working with many students who initially felt uncertain about mathematics. My teaching approach focuses on helping learners understand concepts gradually while building their confidence. I believe that every student can succeed in mathematics when they receive patient guidance and clear explanations. By breaking down complex problems into smaller steps, I help students develop strong reasoning skills and a positive attitude toward learning.
Outside teaching, I enjoy solving mathematical puzzles and exploring new research in applied mathematics. These interests help me bring creative problem-solving activities into my lessons. Teaching mathematics is rewarding because I see students gradually transform from feeling unsure about numbers to confidently solving problems and explaining their reasoning. Helping learners discover their own ability to think logically is one of the most satisfying parts of my profession.

My mathematics lessons are designed to help students understand the logic behind numbers and formulas rather than simply memorizing procedures. Many learners feel uncertain about mathematics because they do not always see the reasoning behind each step. In our lessons, we begin by carefully reviewing fundamental topics such as arithmetic operations, algebraic expressions, and number relationships. I explain how each concept works and demonstrate how different mathematical rules connect with one another. Through guided examples, students begin to understand how to approach problems with clarity and confidence.
As students become more comfortable with basic ideas, lessons expand to include algebra, geometry, and structured problem-solving strategies. I encourage learners to examine each question carefully and identify the most effective method to solve it. Practice exercises help students strengthen their analytical skills while improving calculation accuracy. When mistakes occur, we review them together so learners understand how to correct their reasoning and avoid similar errors in the future.
My goal is to help students develop patience and confidence when working with mathematics. Lessons emphasize clear thinking, organized steps, and logical reasoning. Over time learners begin to approach mathematical problems calmly and systematically. Mathematics becomes a powerful tool that helps students develop analytical skills that are useful in many areas of study and daily decision-making.
