As a Mathematics Teacher, my primary goal is to alleviate students' fear of numbers and instill confidence in them. I foster an environment in the classroom where asking questions is encouraged, ensuring students are comfortable raising their doubts and seeing math as an engaging field of study. My teaching methodology focuses on developing Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills rather than rote memorization.
