About Ewout
I have been a university student of Mathematics for 3 years, and have been following the Mathematics Teacher course at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam since September 2019. In addition, I coach a rowing team. In the meantime, I happily tutored 5 students, and they indicated that they have benefited greatly from my help.

There are some things that I find important for good education: Relaxation: When the student feels pressure while learning, it becomes more difficult to keep working, and what has been learned does not stick well. Autonomy: If the student does not find the solution to a problem himself, the solution will be quickly forgotten. What I can do is point the way in finding that solution. Making mistakes: If no mistakes are made, there is no learning. I encourage making mistakes.
