About Jay
I am a qualified teacher who has been teaching for the last seven years in a reputed inner London school. I am an exceptionally passionate and experienced teacher who inspires students to ace their exams and get better grades. My lessons are tailored for an individual student or a group of students according to their needs. I have vast experience tutoring mathematics from KS2 to University level. As a qualified teacher, I am well versed with curriculum requirements and assist students to excel in their grades provided they are committed and complete all the homework I set. Typically, lessons are 60 to 90 minutes and the first few minutes are allocated to eradicate any problems or questions from the homework. Then subsequently a new topic is introduced according to the need and level of a student. The last five minutes are always spent setting homework for the following lesson. Lessons are planned to maximise learning outcomes and quick progression. Everything will be aimed at exceeding target grades and clearing up any misconceptions.
