About Akshita
I am a Economics and Business double major from UC Berkeley with extensive Math experience. I graduated in 2017. I thought courses in Finance and Math under the undergraduate teaching programs of Berkeley which enjoyed great success. Currently, I'm a Management Consultant at Accenture. I am really passionate about teaching and education.

I follow a "design thinking" teaching methodology. My students solve their own problems through guided walk-through of steps. I also encourage high level of curiosity and self learning so that the answers aren't memorized, but learned. For instance, I always discuss the intuition behind the existence of each formula so that it helps students make sense of why its there and what purpose it'll solve.
