About Iris
I am a mathematics tutor with 9 years of experience and a Master’s Degree in Mathematics. My journey began with a strong interest in numbers and problem solving. Over time, I developed a passion for teaching and helping students overcome their challenges. I have worked with students at different levels and helped them improve their understanding and confidence. My aim is to make mathematics simple and accessible for every learner.
My teaching approach is clear, patient, and structured. I explain concepts step by step and ensure students fully understand before moving ahead. I use simple examples and practical methods to make learning easier. I also focus on building problem-solving skills so students can work independently. Creating a supportive environment is very important to me. Students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I provide regular feedback to help them improve consistently.
I continue to update my teaching methods to make lessons effective and engaging. Teaching mathematics is rewarding because I see students grow and gain confidence. My goal is to help students succeed and develop strong thinking skills. I want every learner to feel confident and capable in mathematics.

Intermediate students focus on improving speed, accuracy, and understanding patterns. Advanced learners work on complex problems, exam preparation, and time management.
