My teaching approach for Mathematics is centered on numerical methods and computational techniques for solving real-world problems. I cover numerical solutions of equations, including bisection method, Newton-Raphson method, and fixed-point iteration with detailed step-by-step examples. I teach interpolation methods, including Lagrange interpolation and Newton's divided differences. I cover numerical integration, including trapezoidal rule, Simpson's rule, and Gaussian quadrature with error analysis. I teach numerical solutions of ordinary differential equations, including Euler's method, Runge-Kutta methods, and multistep methods with applications in physics and engineering. I also cover matrix methods, including power iteration and QR algorithm for eigenvalues. I use real-world engineering problems to show how numerical methods are applied. I provide detailed derivations, pseudocode, and practice problems. I assign homework that includes both theoretical analysis and computational implementations. I conduct weekly tests and provide feedback. I maintain a progress log and offer extra help for difficult topics. My goal is to prepare you for careers in computational science and engineering.
