My teaching approach for Mathematics is focused on numerical methods for solving differential equations. I cover numerical solutions of initial value problems using Euler's method, modified Euler's method, and Runge-Kutta methods (second and fourth order), with error analysis. I teach finite difference methods for solving boundary value problems, including explicit and implicit methods for heat equation, wave equation, and Laplace equation. I also cover finite difference approximations for derivatives and their applications in engineering and physics. I use real-world problems like heat conduction, fluid flow, and structural analysis to show practical applications. I provide step-by-step derivations, pseudocode, and practice problems. I assign homework that includes both theoretical analysis and computational implementations. I conduct weekly tests and provide feedback. I maintain a progress log and offer extra help for difficult topics. My goal is to prepare you for careers in computational science and engineering.
