About Mohammed
Hi,
My name is Mohammed, I recently graduated with a masters degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford. I achieved an A* in A-level mathematics, A-level Chemistry and an A in A-level Further Maths (self taught). My A-level maths and chemistry skills are still really sharp due to the complex maths involved in my degree and job (data scientist). I also teach my sister who studies A-level Maths, Chemistry and Further Maths. I have a large ipad pro so my online lessons are really easy to follow along with but I am happy to meet locally too.

Hi,
My name is Mohammed, I am 23 and I am a recent Chemistry graduate from the University of Oxford. I love teaching others and have been tutoring and teaching students chemistry and maths in some form since completing A-levels (now almost half a decade ago).
Typically, I will refresh myself of the content for the class beforehand, including most of the questions I will ask you to complete during and after the class. My lessons begin with a brief summary of the key concepts which I allow you to naturally build upon by assisting you through some example questions. Once you have grasped the key concepts, I will ask you to work through key questions which challenge different aspects of the theory learned (edge-cases, trick questions etc). I teach the Edexcel syllabus for maths and AQA for chemistry.
I prefer to carry out lessons in 2 hour blocks as I feel this is the minimum time required to cover a substantial amount of content without rushing. I am happy to teach online as I have a 16 inch ipad pro but I prefer to meet in person as we can usually cover more.
