About Benedict
I am a joint honours Maths and Physics (Natural Sciences) student currently studying in my second year at The University Of Leeds and I currently have the highest results on my course (an average of 93%) and I have been an online tutor for more than a year. Before that, I tutored my classmates and younger students at my school, going so far as to take lessons when my teacher was away. I have passed an enhanced DBS background check.

I base my classes on first trying a few questions to ascertain the ability of my student at the current task. I then find any holes in understanding and misconceptions. Finally, we will work together to eliminate these both with explanation and practice questions until the student has a deep understanding of the topic and can comfortably answer questions on the topic. I find that taking an understanding-first approach allows students a much greater ability to face new circumstances.
