About Charlie
I'm a second year at the University of Oxford, studying Maths and Statistics at Somerville College. Throughout my educational journey I have been lucky enough to be taught by many great teachers and during school I mentored 3 promising younger students specifically with regard to maths and problem-solving skills which I thoroughly enjoyed!

I believe solving problems is the best way to learn. Consequently, I like to approach the lessons from a problem-solving perspective, focusing on first understanding the concept and then applying it to questions. Then we can focus on the areas where the student is finding it more challenging.

Perfect! Charlie has a fantastic knowledge of Maths. Charlie taught me quite a complicated subject; Further Statistics (Edexcel) and was able to deliver the lesson in a way that I could easily understand. He was very patient and had taken time to plan the lesson. Highly recommended!
