About Daniel
Having excelled at maths in secondary school, I had decided to pursue my undergraduate degree in maths with a view to it's applications in the real world. This had lead me to extending beyond maths and into financial maths, statistics and physics, all disciplines where logic as well as numeracy play a key role. My goal with tutees is not simply to do maths, but to think mathematically and understand the concepts.

I will utilize example questions and walkthroughs in helping my tutees during my 1 hour lessons. This will include a review of examples the tutee will have worked on and an emphasis on understanding the steps for the methods used.
I have previously tutored bachelor degree students, and will look to assist GCSE and A-level students. My hope is to enlighten tutees as to the power of mathematical thinking rather than rote method learning.
