About Me
I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Mathematics at Tufts University (U.S.) and I am currently a Masters student at Imperial College London. I have over 5 years of tutoring experience, having worked with students from secondary school to GCSEs to university level. My background includes tutoring for all maths subjects as well as working as a Teaching Assistant for Chemistry at university.
My Approach
I focus on building a strong foundation of mathematical concepts, ensuring that my students not only solve problems but understand the "why" behind them. I adapt my teaching methods to suit each student's learning style and pace, using real-world examples to make abstract concepts more relatable. Lessons are interactive and focused on problem-solving, helping students develop the confidence to tackle even the most challenging topics.
Lesson Length
Typically, lessons last between 60 to 90 minutes, but I’m flexible based on the student's needs and concentration levels.
Who I Teach
I work with students preparing for GCSEs or A-Levels, those who need extra help with their classes, or students preparing for university in the US (SAT prep). I tutor in all Mathematics subjects. My lessons are suitable for ages 12 to 18.
