About Lola
Hi, I'm Lola, and I have always enjoyed studying maths in school and enjoy helping students build confidence in the subject.
My lessons are designed to cut through unnecessary textbook content and focus on exactly what the SEC expects students to know for exams. Every session is tailored to the individual student's needs, with an emphasis on active learning, engagement and developing a strong understanding of key concepts.
I provide structured exam question practice, homework support, and targeted revision strategies to help students improve their grades and achieve their full potential. Whether you're aiming to build confidence, catch up or secure top marks, I'll create a learning plan that works for you.

-Interactive 60 minute online lessons personalised to each student. Homework and notes provided at each lesson.
-Flexible hours during the week, most availability at the weekends.
-Best suited to Junior Cycle Maths students from 2nd and 3rd year.
-Learning objectives include practising exam questions, learning exam techniques, decoding word problems and understanding the core curriculum.
-Qualifications include: H1 in Higher Level Leaving Cert Maths in 2024; Third year Biochemistry and Molecular Biology student at UCD with a 3.8 GPA; Achieved an A grade in 'Calculus for Science' and 'Linear Algebra for Science' modules; 2 years piano teaching experience.
