About Julien
I obtained my Bachelor degree in Physics at EPFL and I am now a Master student in Physics at ETHZ.
In addition to the students I help in physics and maths, I have been working as a quantum physics assistant for the students of the Life Science Engineering section at EPFL.
Being passionate about physics, maths and knowledge transmission, I have developed a pedagogy that is much appreciated by the students.

I offer maths courses for all levels from primary to secondary school.
It is essential for me to always listen to your questions and remarks. Indeed, in order to find a learning method that you feel comfortable with, I have to adapt to your personality. The constant dialogue also creates a good atmosphere, which is always more pleasant to work in.
Primary and secondary school maths, although it may seem frightening at first, is in fact accessible and enjoyable for everyone. The apparent difficulty lies in the fact that the knowledge is gradual: once you have developed gaps in the basics, it becomes very difficult to progress. I will take great care to identify and fill your gaps with listening and patience. We will then be able to tackle the new concepts of your year with confidence.
I attach particular importance to a deep understanding of the course because you will need this to master a subject and feel at ease. In addition, understanding through direct application of the course is very important. This is why simple examples will help to illustrate the new concepts, to build up your intuition and to gradually prepare you for the exercises, which are also essential.
Of course, as soon as you need it, I will offer you reminders of your previous years' courses.

Julien m'a aidé à comprendre des notions abstraites de physique Quantique. Il donne des explications claires et construites et a aucun soucis a rentrer en profondeur dans les sujets si besoin car son but est de vous faire comprendre les concepts du mieux possible
Julien m'a aidé pour la physique quantique. Il partage ses connaissances en les rendant accessibles par rapport au niveau de la personne aidée et ainsi lui donner les informations nécessaires pour comprendre le sujet. Il est prêt à reprendre les concepts depuis la base afin de construire une raisonnement correct et sait trouver plusieurs manières d’expliquer. Il est très sympa et a de la patience, je le recommande !
Julien est un super prof. Il connait parfaitement la matière qu'il enseigne donc peu importe les questions il saura vous aider. Il est très à l'écoute, professionnel, patient et déterminé à vous faire comprendre la matière. Je recommande vraiment les cours avec Julien!
