About Rochelle
I am a qualified BEd FET Mathematics and Economics teacher with a certification in Neurocoaching. I have experience working with high school learners and helping students improve both their understanding and confidence in Mathematics Economics and Mathematical Literacy.
In addition to tutoring students I also coach teachers on how to present lessons more effectively and create engaging learning experiences in the classroom. This gives me a strong understanding of how students learn and how to explain difficult concepts in a simple practical way.
My lessons are patient supportive and tailored to each learner’s needs. I believe every student can improve with the right guidance encouragement and strategy. My goal is not only to help students improve their marks but also to help them feel more confident and capable in the subject

I help students identify the exact gap in their understanding and build from there. I believe every student can succeed in Mathematics and Economics regardless of their current marks. Often learners are not “bad” at the subject. They have simply missed a key concept or lost confidence along the way.
What makes my approach different is that I combine strong academic support with mindset coaching. As a certified Neuro Coach I help students overcome anxiety mental blocks and negative beliefs that often affect performance in subjects like Maths and Economics.
My lessons are personalised supportive and practical. I break difficult concepts down into simple manageable steps and create a space where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while learning.
I teach in both English and Afrikaans.
