I take a personalized and student-centered approach to every lesson. Before we move forward, I carefully assess each student’s basic understanding to identify any gaps in their foundation. From there, I tailor my lessons to suit their individual learning style, pace, and academic goals.
Building strong foundations is at the heart of my teaching, especially in Maths and Science. I believe that without clarity in the basics, students often struggle as topics become more advanced. Hence, I make sure those core concepts are solid first.
I also prioritize creating a supportive and approachable learning environment. Students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace, which helps build both confidence and independence.
To ensure steady progress, I regularly check understanding through short evaluations and mini-assessments. I conduct topic-based tests before scheduling any major assessments, so students are never overwhelmed with a large volume of content right before school exams.
This structured approach allows students to revise topics they have already learned and practiced, helping them feel confident, prepared, and in control when they sit for their school exams
