About Arun
I am an A level student studying Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Theology who enjoys playing instruments, playing at a diploma level on piano. Additionally I love reading, my favourite author being Murakami. I received a full set of A*’s at GCSE, with 9 9s and one 8. It was only late into y11 that I fully realised how to revise efficiently. Therefore, I want to help other students to receive their best grade possible. As for why I want to teach maths, I think that maths is a great subject and can be fun. Being passionate and providing tailored tutoring means that I can show other people why maths is great. Ultimately, I think everyone can succeed with right guidance and effort!

Imagine having a lesson from an enthusiastic student who was in your shoes just a year ago! So, I understand what is best for students taking their GCSEs! In addition, I will focus on tailoring lessons to them, and teaching them how to revise. The methods that worked for me being the Cornell notes system, Pomodoro and efficient use of past papers. Can also do 11+.
