About Rakesh
I am a qualified actuary and Mechanical engineer by profession and work in Consultancy in my day job. I am passionate about studying, teaching and applying Mathematics for solving a range of real life problems. My aim is to provide students with a good grounding in Maths to be able to do great at exams but also to invoke passion for this beautiful subject!

My lessons would aim to be insightful and detailed with a focus on building long term foundation that students can apply going forwards. I would talk through variations of the immediate problem at hand to cover all possibilities, this would in turn trigger deep thinking and understanding of the subject area. I am passionate about working with students with varying abilities and interests and support them in maximising their output.
