About Jimisola
Hi, I’m Jimisola, a Cambridge student with experience tutoring both primary school and GCSE students in person through First Class Learning Ltd.
I achieved an A* in A-level Maths, an 8 in GCSE Maths and recently completed my first year at Cambridge with a 2:1. I enjoy helping students build confidence in maths by breaking topics down clearly, working at their pace and making sure they understand the method rather than just memorising steps.
I know maths can feel frustrating when things do not click straight away, so I aim to create a calm, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My goal is to help each student improve their understanding, problem-solving skills and confidence.

Hi, I’m Jimisola, a Cambridge student offering online maths tutoring for primary school and GCSE students.
My approach is calm, clear and confidence-building. I focus on helping students understand the “why” behind each method, not just memorise steps. In lessons, I usually start by checking what the student already understands, then work through examples together before giving them questions to try independently. I also adapt my explanations depending on the student’s level, pace and learning style.
Lessons are typically one hour long.
I have experience tutoring primary school and GCSE students in person with First Class Learning Ltd. I achieved an A* in A-level Maths in 2025, an 8 in GCSE Maths and I am currently studying at the University of Cambridge.
My lessons are best suited to primary school pupils, GCSE and A-level students and anyone who wants to build confidence, improve problem-solving and strengthen their maths skills.
