About Simran
My name is Simranjeet Kaur, and I have a strong academic background in Commerce. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), a Master of Commerce (M.Com), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Throughout my studies, I developed a solid understanding of mathematics, statistics, accounting, economics, and business-related subjects.
I enjoy teaching because I love helping students understand concepts that may seem difficult at first. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit each individual's needs. My goal is not only to help students achieve good grades but also to build their confidence and make learning enjoyable.
My lessons are friendly, interactive, and easy to follow. I explain topics step by step, use practical examples, and encourage students to ask questions without hesitation. I focus on helping students truly understand the subject rather than simply memorizing formulas or answers.
I offer lessons for secondary school (including NCEA) and university students, particularly in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Accounting, and Business Studies. I believe every student can succeed in mathematics and statistics with the right guidance and support. My teaching approach is patient, interactive, and tailored to each student's individual learning style. I begin by understanding the student's current level, strengths, and areas where they need improvement. I then explain concepts step by step using simple language, real-life examples, and plenty of practice questions to build both understanding and confidence.
My lessons are typically 60 minutes long, although I am happy to adjust the duration to suit the student's needs. During each lesson, I review previous topics, introduce new concepts, work through examples together, and provide exercises to reinforce learning. I also encourage students to ask questions freely and focus on developing problem-solving skills rather than simply memorizing formulas.
I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have a strong academic background in mathematics and statistics, which I have used extensively throughout my studies. I enjoy helping others understand challenging concepts and creating a positive, supportive learning environment.
My lessons are suitable for secondary school students (including NCEA), first-year university students, and anyone looking to improve their mathematics or statistics skills.
