With over two decades of executive leadership experience in information technology, strategy, governance, digital transformation, and project management, combined with experience as both a university lecturer and executive coach, I bring a unique perspective that bridges academic theory and real-world practice. Whether you are studying for an MBA or another postgraduate qualification, I am committed to helping you master your subject while developing the critical thinking and professional skills expected of today’s leaders.
My teaching philosophy is based on a coaching approach rather than traditional lecturing. Every student has different strengths, learning preferences, and goals. For this reason, I develop tailored learning plans for individuals and study groups, focusing on areas where each student needs the greatest support. I use a coaching approach to my teaching style. I work with students to identify their problem areas and tailor lesson plans that suit their individual learning styles. I developed and refined this approach over the years while teaching undergrads as a lecturer, training high school teachers and other working professionals. I use English as a teaching and learning language.
The first session is dedicated to identifying areas of needs and tailoring a learning plan for the student. Whether you are an individual or in a group the learning plan will suit your individual learning style and areas of need.
Lessons are provided at postgraduate level for MBAs or Post-graduate studies in strategy, project management and Information Technology.
