I am a Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience at the Numerical Machining Complex and other industry-focused companies. My work in practical engineering applications—from foundry work to metrology—has given me real-world insights that I bring directly into my teaching. Doing mechanical Engineering courses for a bachelors, it's hard to find good help in such advanced courses without it completely bankrupting you.
Javan has been an absolute Heaven sent for me. Not only does he do the job at explaining high level solid mechanics, he also is a very genial guy.
He not only can tell when to change teaching tactics to fit the needs of his students, he also is willing to check in with the person mentally and provide a source of encouragement! He understands what would be the point of doing a tutor session if the person is not in their right mind to receive it?
He of course keeps his distance and the student's privacy, but him giving the student the opportunity to express his or herself allows a bond of trust and attention to be attained.
He also knows his stuff well and is able to articulate the problem or concept until it is truly grasped by the student.
If you are an aspiring undergrad mech-E college student like me, then I cannot recommend any other tutor on this platform save Javan!View more reviews
