About Caleb
Hi, I'm Caleb and I am a first year undergraduate student studying Mechanical Engineering at Loughborough. My love for Maths and Physics started at a young age and found answering challenging questions extremely satisfying. I am a very sporty person and mainly play football whilst playing tennis and volleyball casually. I also play the trumpet and guitar. Maths and physics are an integral part of our daily lives and I would like to help you understand the practical application of the theory. I believe I am well equipped to help students improve their grasp of challenging ideas, stimulate their learning and boost their confidence in tackling difficult exam questions.

My approach to teaching is always to first assess your strengths and weaknesses. I will then organise material to go through or it can be led mainly by the questions you have. I would subsequently check your understanding with questions and perfect your exam technique. I recognise there is no formula for teaching so I am adaptable and flexible ensuring you get the most out of the lesson. I have a lot of experience teaching lessons to younger students from my previous school and I aim to make them enjoyable and not feel like a chore which makes for great learning. I teach at GCSE level and below. The duration for each lesson is typically 1 hour which is the best time span to take on board the maximum amount of information.
