About Austin
I am a mechanical engineering student at SDSU and I have completed all required engineering math classes up to Advanced Engineering Math (Differential Equations 2). I don't have any professional teaching experience, but I help my sisters with math a lot and I feel like I've learned teaching methods that work.

Math is always big and scary when you don't understand it. To understand mathematics is not that difficult, the key to consistently doing well on exams is to keep doing more problems. I can help someone learn a concept fairly well, but it's a lot of hard work and they'll need to study and practice a lot outside of lessons, just like anything. To get As on tests, you can't just understand it, you need to master it with muscle memory.
