About Jelle
Who am I? My name is Jelle Arends. I am 20 years old and I study mechanical engineering at Avans University of applied sciences. Before I started studying, I graduated from the Stedelijk Gymnasium Breda, and afterward, I enjoyed tutoring at my old school for a year. I would like to become a part-time teacher in the future, which is why I love teaching so much! There will be no obstacle too great to overcome together.

I think the most important thing is that the student really understands how certain formulas and techniques work and why they work. Insight is extremely important in scientific subjects and I pay a lot of attention to this. I usually work with the student in steps and I teach them to get an overview of each question and to solve it, carefully, step by step. I've been tutoring secondary school students in this way for 6 years now. I also give tutoring to anyone who wants it, regardless of age or level. How long the lessons last depends on the needs of the student.
