About Radwan
Hello! I’m a Master graduate and professional mechanical engineer with over 12 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing engineering projects across various industries, particularly in renewable energy and eco-building management. My journey has been defined by a passion for innovation and a drive to make sustainable solutions a reality.
Throughout my career, I’ve been privileged to work on impactful projects, including solar installations exceeding 100 MW, computational modeling, and thermal system designs. These experiences have not only deepened my technical knowledge but also reinforced the importance of sharing that knowledge to inspire and empower others.
I want to teach because I believe that knowledge grows when shared. Helping students understand complex engineering concepts and apply them to real-world problems is deeply rewarding. Teaching allows me to give back to the field that has shaped my life and career. More importantly, it provides an opportunity to guide future engineers in navigating their paths with confidence and competence.
My goal as a teacher is to simplify the complicated, nurture curiosity, and help my students unlock their potential. Together, we’ll not only master the theories and tools of engineering but also cultivate the mindset needed to solve tomorrow’s challenges.
I’m excited to support you in your journey—let’s make engineering not just a subject, but a passion!

a. Teaching Techniques and Methodology;
As a tutor, my approach emphasizes practical, hands-on learning combined with a strong theoretical foundation. I strive to break down complex engineering concepts into digestible steps, ensuring students understand the "why" behind the "how." Key techniques include:
b. Interactive Learning: Encouraging students to actively participate through problem-solving, real-life case studies, and computational modeling.
i. Project-Based Learning: Incorporating real-world engineering
projects, such as solar PV plant designs or thermal analysis,
to provide students with industry-relevant experience.
ii. Customized Lesson Plans: Adapting lessons to individual
student needs, focusing on their strengths while addressing
areas for improvement.
iii Software Integration: Teaching essential engineering tools
like AutoCAD, SolidWorks 3D, HAP, and Revit through practical
application in lessons.
iv. Concept Reinforcement: Using visuals, simulations, and
examples to clarify concepts such as renewable energy
systems, mechanical design, and thermal analysis.
c. Typical Length of a Lesson
Each lesson typically runs for 60-90 minutes, depending on the student's goals and complexity of the subject matter. This allows sufficient time for:
i. Explaining concepts
ii. Practical problem-solving
iii. Addressing student questions
iv. Assigning exercises for skill reinforcement
v. Qualifications and Experience
With over 12 years of progressive experience as a professional mechanical engineer, I bring a wealth of expertise in:
i. Renewable energy projects, including solar PV installations
exceeding 100 MW.
ii. Computational and energy modeling for eco-building
management and naval engineering.
iii. Expertise in mechanical systems, thermal analysis, and
water and steam systems.
My credentials include:
i. LEED Green Associate (US Green Building Council)
Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP) (Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council)
I also have extensive hands-on experience with industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks 3D, Revit, and Valentin Software, ensuring students gain practical, employable skills.
Who Are My Lessons For?
My lessons cater to:
Levels: Undergraduate and graduate students pursuing mechanical engineering or related fields.
Age Groups: Students aged 16 and above, including professionals looking to enhance their engineering skills.
Specializations: Individuals interested in renewable energy systems, thermal analysis, and mechanical design tools.
Whether you’re preparing for exams, tackling advanced engineering topics, or seeking to develop skills for a professional career, my lessons are tailored to guide you toward your goals.
Let’s learn, innovate, and achieve together!
