About Esha

I focus on breaking down complex concepts into easy-to-understand fragments, using Active recall to build memory and Active learning to keep the student engaged.
My lesson plan is to lay out clear goals, try to make the student understand them by illustrations and verbal explanations, facilitate learning by quizzing and discussing and adapt to accommodate different students based on their weak areas.
As a tutor, I adapt to the needs of every student, maintain clear communication so as to gauge the exact root of their misunderstandings and a flexible demeanor to build confidence.
My lessons are for anyone between Grade 5 to Grade 10, mainly school students.
