I struggled at school, I even failed my last year and didn't get university entrance. I thought the issue was with me, I was made to think I was a bad student. That wasn't the case at all. The Issue was I wasn't being taught the way that suited me best. I knew I couldn't blame the teachers teaching me as well, they could only cope with so many students. So I turned to finding myself a tutor, and the person that taught me adapted his teaching to my style of learning , he helped me understand the why behind things and explained concepts so that if I was to teach another person they would understand. Which is what I base my teaching philosophy on, if you can make someone else understand what you are learning, you have understood what you are learning.

My approach is that which is interactive, fun, and engaging. I like to teach others the way they respond best, whether it be mnemonics, visual aid diagrams, PowerPoint presentations, one page summaries and going through concepts mutiple times. I love to listen to my students feedback learn what works for them then work around that. Results will speak for themselves for those that choose to learn with me.
