I'm Dr. Vanshika — a fourth-year medical student, certified personal trainer, and transformation coach. I've been in the fitness space since I was 16, and what sets my coaching apart isn't just the training — it's the medical understanding behind every decision I make for your body.

What a session with me actually looks like
Before your first session begins, I already know your posture deviations, your dominant compensation patterns, your breathing mechanics and the specific weak links in your kinetic chain.
Because results don't come from working harder.
They come from working correctly.
Every session is structured with three layers of intent — movement quality, progressive overload and system recovery. You are never just completing reps. You are training with purpose, with full understanding of what each movement is doing inside your body and why it's in your program.
Real-time coaching means continuous feedback on muscle activation, joint alignment, breathing and form — the details most trainers overlook because they don't have the medical foundation to catch them.
