About Hannah
My name is Hannah Kim, and I was born and raised in Britain but grew up in a Korean community, so am fluent in both languages - in fact, many native Koreans are surprised by my British upbringing from my Korean accent. At the age of 11, I won the top prize for a Korean poetry-writing competition in the UK, and got to meet the Korean Embassador in London.
I am a student in London, but can offer relaxed conversation-based lessons in Leeds until late August.

If you are just starting or interested in starting to learn Korean, I am the ideal tutor for you!
I can be flexible with my lessons to suit your needs, and I will be very picky about your pronunciation, to help you succeed in conversations with native Koreans.
We can work through a textbook of my/your choice, exploring together different ways to integrate new vocabulary into useful everyday sentences, or simply work on conversations about particular topics each lesson.
I can prepare vocabulary tests, teach you word order, grammar, vocabulary and perfect pronunciation, and provide helpful ways of remembering these.
