About Sultan
Hi there! I am a medical student in BSMS and I alternate with my living space in Hertfordshire and Brighton. I can provide personal training outside in an open space which is very refreshing and life-changing! As a medic I understand the importance of activity, and I always try my best in clinic to promote exercise to everyone. Ideally everyone should be exercising for a minimum of 30 minutes a day for 3 days a week, at full capacity.

Understanding the anatomy and physiology of the body is crucial in exercise - or you simply will not understand what, why and how to do it. I am a friendly, outgoing and resilient character, and have been told that I am also very motivating - not just in subjects I teach but also with everyday lifestyle.
