I am a fourth-year medical student studying at University of London. I have achieved A* in SPM English and an IELTS score of 8.0 across all components. Having experiences in teaching Cambridge Advanced English, translating Chinese novels into the English version, and proofreading Master's thesis, I am the perfect fit of what you would look for in an English tutor.

I'm in my fifth year of studying in the UK, hence I have been exposed to the efficiency of the Western style of teaching and learning. I am a strong believer that spoon-feeding will not get a student far in life. My classes will emphasize understanding instead of memorizing, as well as guiding the student on how to acquire knowledge independently. I will also be having a democratic style of teacher-student relationship, as opposed to the authoritarian teacher-student relations in our Eastern culture.
