About Ananya
My name is Ananya; I've just passed my first year with a distinction as a medical student at the University of Oxford. Having gone through GCSEs, A-levels and applying to medical school concurrently, I know how much there is to manage at school and how it can be overwhelming at times. Consequently, I want to use my experience to tutor students both at GCSE and A-level standard so they can achieve the grades they deserve. I've helped tutor informally at school before, helping students in younger years with any questions/misunderstandings, and I want to take those skills forward to tutor a wider range of students. Studying medicine means I've learnt a lot about Biology, in particular human biology, and I'm keen to share my enthusiasm and tips for doing as well as possible in exams!

My lessons will focus on my student's needs, and will build upon previous lessons to identify weak areas and then target them to improve overall scores.
I give 1hr lessons for KS3-A level Biology, Mathematics and Chemistry, in which the focus will be on past paper questions and lessons on particular topics that the student struggles in.

Achieved Gold in British Biology Olympiad (2019)
