About Fahmida
I am a book lover, an avid cinema go-er and a stressed university student myself. So who better to teach and empathise with a student than me?
I've gone through the process of GCSEs and A levels, having done Biology, Chemistry and Maths at A level. So I have first-hand experience with how daunting and scary these qualifications can be.
However, I am here to help and educate the new generation, and I am confident that I can. I have worked with students before and I have seen the growth that occurs from the beginning of the journey and the end and it is quite amazing. To be part of it is a privilege that won't be taken for granted.
Aside from the educational perspective I am also here for emotional growth too. If you have had a tough chemistry lesson, then we'll talk about and see what went wrong.
To me, education and emotional growth are just as important and with me as your tutor we'll surely be able to see you flying past the finish line.

With a few years of experience under my belt, I have found the best way to teach is to LISTEN to your students. After all who knows themselves better than the student?
I like to first ask the student if there is a particular area they struggle with and then tailor my teaching to how they best learn. And if you are unsure we'll just start from the beginning!
During my sessions, I teach using a whiteboard and examples and then worked examples, this ensures that students are introduced to a wide array of possible exam questions. My typical lessons last between 1 hour and 1.5 hours, depending on the student's preferences and timetable.
Lastly about me...I am 21 year old 3rd-year medical student with A Levels, GCSEs and 2 years of tutoring under my belt. I like to read books, travel and watch movies! I like to think of myself as creative and empathetic as having gone through the stress of being a student myself, I can indulge in how the students feel too.
