About Paramesh
I am a registered health professional that has worked in the health clinical research and educational settings, mentoring and training staff across African countries, India, United Kingdom and United States.
The 'Theory of Change' framework methodology (Input, Activities, Output, Outcome & Impact) improved the Quality Management Systems using knowledge-based trainings, including learnings from experience.
This included student trainings in resource-limited rural and urban settings that covered basic research science, statistical analysis, accounting, mathematics and physics towards career development.
My greatest impact was improving the education quality management systems in low and middle-income settings related to clinical research for the benefit of the local and regional communities using my interpersonal teaching capabilities.

The method of teaching will be a hybrid approach of student-focused engagements, with emphasis on active participation and collaboration in the learning process, coupled with inquiry-based learning (students ask questions, investigate hypotheses and ask questions, and build knowledge through active exploration rather than passive listening.
The above will also be complemented with technology-enhanced methods using integrated digital tools, multimedia, and interactive software to support diverse learning styles and expand resource access.
The preferred language of choice will be in English and will target students completing higher level schooling (Grades 9-12) as well as entry-level learning in Colleges or Universities.
