About Miguel (Kusaladhammika)
The subject of meditation is something that has caught my attention since I was little. In college I took my first steps in Brahma Kumaris and then I came across Buddhism. After graduating as a graphic designer I started attending a Tibetan Buddhist meditation center attending courses, workshops and retreats and in the following years with the intention of going deeper into Buddhist teachings and meditation, I lived in monasteries in Europe and Asia where I became a Buddhist monk within the Theravada tradition. With the intention of sharing and teaching the practice of meditation, I now dedicate myself to it teaching it in a secular way since I also study and share it from other currents such as Western psychology and philosophy, and neuroscience.

Although the base is Buddhist (I have been studying and practicing Buddhism for more than 12 years) the approach is secular since it integrates other psychological and philosophical currents such as Western and Greek philosophy, psychology and psychotherapy, and neuroscience.
