About Dasha

My name is Dasha, and I am a certified Menstrual Cycle Coach and Fertility Awareness Educator. My work focuses on supporting girls, women and non-binary menstruators in developing a deeper understanding of their bodies, emotions, cycles, fertility, and hormonal patterns through cycle tracking and conscious observation.

I believe that understanding the menstrual cycle can become a powerful tool for self-awareness, health autonomy, confidence and embracing to the body’s natural rhythms.

I work with girls, women and non-binary menstruators in different phases of life — from menarche to menopause — and aim to create a welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free environment where you can feel more informed, empowered, and connected to your inner and outer cycles.

My personal journey with endometriosis deeply shaped the path that led me into this work. Through navigating my own experiences with cyclical health challenges, I developed a deeper connection to menstrual health, fertility awareness, and the importance of creating supportive, informed, and compassionate spaces for women.

In addition to menstrual cycle coaching, I come from an international and multicultural background, having lived between Russia, the United States, and now Brazil. This experience has deepened my understanding of communication across cultures and allows me to support women from diverse backgrounds with openness and sensitivity.

About the lesson

This coaching space is centered around you and your personal goals. Whether your menstrual cycle feels physically painful, emotionally chaotic, or both; you’re getting ready to start menstruating; preparing for the return of your cycle postpartum; or approaching menopause, this work can provide grounding, understanding, and support as you move through these transitions.

In our first free 30-minute session, we’ll get to know each other, talk about what’s bringing you to this work and what you hope to gain from it, and create a plan for our time together.

Then troughout our coaching container process, you will learn to identify and better understand different your physical and emotional cycle signs and patterns, and create new supportive habbits and practices around the phases of the cycle. My goal is for you to thrive in your cycle and move from confusion or disconnection toward a more conscious, connected, and informed relationship with your body and its natural rhythms.

The coaching container has a minimum duration of 3 months, with personalized bi-weekly sessions. This gives us time to observe patterns and changes across different phases and cycles while building a consistent practice of cycle tracking and body awareness.

My intention is to create a welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free space where you can develop greater autonomy, understanding, and confidence in your relationship with their bodies and cycles.
