About Marie
I am a mentor and transformational coach with ten years of experience. From a very young age, I was always intrigued to help in conflict situations and offered a helping hand to anyone looking to reach peace or just move to the next step.
I use a holistic approach to everything I do, where the mind-body-soul are in full communication with each other.
People that have worked with me have happily reported back that they tend to be more confident, calmer, and focused. Helping people brings me great joy!

The personalized session will usually contain pure coaching, mentoring and techniques of self-development learned over the years such as: Check in/Meditation/feelings before starting, pure coaching ( creating a rapport, powerful questioning, active listening and where needed challenging the client's beliefs/assertions, interactive exercises) mentoring (advising new possible ways, considering outcomes together, interactive usage of videos, books, videos).
I utilize multiple techniques integrated with evidence-based programs and life skills/experience, my philosophy is based on focusing on the present moment, which is all we have to build up our confidence and way forward.
