I use the Socratic method to help students improve their overall writing rather than just an assignment. I focus on high level concerns like thesis, content, structure, and whether the assignment follows the rubric before grammar/spelling issues.
A typical lesson plan will focus on what a thesis is, a good thesis vs. one that needs work, and exercises in writing a thesis that will work for the assignment.
I can tailor my lessons to any grade level and writing-intensive subject.
