About Nick
I am a professional chef with over 10 years experience, including hotels, resort and Michelin starred restaurants. I have worked in Australia, New Zealand and the UK mostly in London where I did a lot of my training. My passion for cooking began when I was very young from watching ready steady cook to eating my Nan's brilliant baking. Food is such a huge part of my life and brings me great joy but I would like to try taking it in another direction, helping others along the way.

My approach to teaching is very hands on, cooking can be appreciated in many forms so excitement and enjoyment is my priority. I try to be as thorough as possible bearing my student's pace in mind, giving a clear, concise but fun lesson following manageable steps.
