About Casey
I am a master's student at George Mason University pursuing my degree in Microbiology and Infectious Diseases. I currently have 4 years of college-level biology, chemistry and mathematics courses and two bachelor's degrees. One of my degrees is in Biology and my other is in Forensic Science. I have worked in three different research labs performing research in the areas of microbiology, virology and cell biology. I love to share my knowledge with other people and to help them succeed.

I like to teach students the materials they wish to learn by also teaching them different successful methods to study. I also like to tailor my lessons to the individual or the group by asking them what part of the content they need help most with and then tailoring that lesson more to that area. I like to challenge my students to think critically, which allows them to develop a greater understanding of the material and a sense of pride when they fully understand the content.
