About Anjana
I am going into my fourth year as an Applied Mathematics student at UC Davis. I have done plenty of math tutoring in the past. I was a TA and grader for multiple math classes in high school. I am deeply passionate about the subject and want to help others discover the wonders of mathematics. I am also a woman of color in STEM and a huge proponent of inclusivity in STEM, which is why another goal of mine is for students of all backgrounds and identities to build confidence in their ability to understand math.

I take an intuitive approach to mathematics. My goal is for students to form a deep understanding of mathematical concepts so that they can easily apply these skills to any task, rather than memorizing specific solutions. I am most comfortable teaching middle school and high school, but I can also teach lower division math and statistics.
