About Sandra
Therapeutic art sessions are thoughtfully guided in a safe, calm, and age-appropriate environment where children are encouraged to express themselves through creativity. Lessons focus on using art as a calming and creative outlet rather than formal instruction or therapy. Participants will explore painting, drawing, and mixed-media activities designed to encourage relaxation, self-expression, and creative confidence.
